What Information Do We Collect?

Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you;

Return Policy


To help maintain our customer satisfaction, most merchandise purchased from sirifashions.com may be returned within 10 days for a full refund (no restocking fee). All items for a refund must be returned in "as new" or resale condition in the original packaging. All product returns require a RMA#, (return merchandise authorization). A RMA number must be obtained within 3 business days after the date of receipt.

Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-7 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.

Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.

When returning merchandise, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier's tracking service. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. sirifashions.com will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your side.

Please note that we do not accept return of custom stitched outfits/saris/dresses/etc.


Color Disclaimer

sirifashions.com firmly believes that you are all aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the color of actual jewelry ordered. We have taken utmost care to ensure that actual colors of jewelry are close to colors displayed on the website. Calibration of the display devices used may sometimes distort colors displayed on your computer monitor or laptop. Even though we are unable to guarantee the exactness of colors, we urge customers to be aware of such limitations and accommodate the minor differences that may happen in this regard, as these pieces have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and medium. We are committed in our efforts to meet your expectations and to avoid any misunderstandings or discrepancies through our website.


Cancellation by us

Please note that certain orders may not be accepted and must be cancelled. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some reasons that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our payment service providers (ex: PayPal). We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.


Jewelry Care

We have few suggestions to help you maximize the duration of the original look of your jewelry.
   • Do not let perfume or any liquids with alcohol content come in direct contact with the jewelry.
   • Do not leave jewelry open or unpacked for a long period of time.
